How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your routine. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Are Glossier products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and we are Leaping Bunny certified.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, and France, with more locations coming soon.

Can I edit or cancel my order after it's placed?
Our team moves quickly to get your order to you. You can request a cancellation within one hour of placing your order by contacting customer support.
